. Sweltering heat fills the floor, even wih the air condition and fans blowing. A young woman lies still on the floor of her bedroom, shirt cast aside, hair a mess, and eyes shut lazily. The sun casts shadows on the wall opposite the window, setting on the world as August begins its cycle. A hand drifts, slowly, to pick up a pair of black spectacles, and sets them with ease upon the nose and behind the ears of the owner. Both eyes open, blinking, and blue iris' look up at the ceiling, tired. Only a month and-a-half of summer remains, and then, hopefully, the cool air of autumn will fill the atmosphere, alon.
